Evnao برنامج دعم عملاء بالذكاء الاصطناعي يضم نافذة موقع وصندوق وارد وتذاكر ومعرفة يوافق عليها المالك وتحويلاً بشرياً وقنوات مدعومة وتكاملات Pro خاضعة للضبط.

يرسل Evnao رسالة العميل وسياق المعرفة المحدد إلى مزود Google أو NVIDIA NIM أو OpenAI أو Anthropic المضبوط. تتبع المعالجة والاحتفاظ شروط المزود وعقده، ولا يعد Evnao بعدم احتفاظ عام على مستوى المزود.

يمكن للنموذج الرد بلغات متعددة، لكن Evnao لا يدعي دعماً أصلياً مثالياً لعدد ثابت من اللغات. لوحة التحكم الموثقة حالياً موجهة للإنجليزية أولاً.

لا. تدير Evnao تشغيل الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبق حدود الباقة. لا ترفع مساحات العملاء مفاتيح API للمزود ولا تختار نقطة نموذج خاصة.

يمكن للمالك نشر مقالات أو زحف موقع بحدود آمنة أو إعادة مزامنة مصدر أو رفع ملفات نص وPDF وDOCX مدعومة. مزامنة Zendesk Guide وIntercom وNotion ليست متاحة حالياً.

تقبل لوحة التحكم PDF وDOCX وTXT وMarkdown وCSV وJSON وHTML ضمن حدود الطلب والاستخراج المفروضة. لا توجد واجهة REST عامة لرفع المستندات حالياً.

يستخدم Evnao خط أنابيب متقدم لـ RAG (التوليد المعزز بالاسترداد). افتراضياً، يُوجّه الذكاء الاصطناعي بدقة للإجابة فقط بناءً على السياق المقدم في قاعدة المعرفة الخاصة بك. إذا لم تكن الإجابة موجودة، فهو مبرمج ليقول 'لا أعرف' ويحول المحادثة إلى موظف دعم.

فقط من خلال إجراء HTTPS متصل يضبطه مالك مساحة العمل في باقة Pro. نافذة المحادثة القياسية لا تثق ببيانات Stripe أو الطلبات القادمة من المتصفح.

يستخدم موظفو الدعم 'صندوق الوارد للفريق' الخاص بـ Evnao. عندما يقوم الذكاء الاصطناعي بتحويل تذكرة، يرى الموظف السجل الكامل للمحادثة، وملخصاً دقيقاً للمشكلة تم إنشاؤه بواسطة الذكاء الاصطناعي، ونية العميل. يتولى الموظف زمام الأمور مع كامل السياق.

يمكن لمالك باقة Pro إعداد إجراء POST متصل. كل عملية كتابة تنتظر موافقة مالك أو مسؤول وتُنفذ بمفتاح لمنع التكرار. لا يتضمن Evnao مزود استرداد أموال أصلياً حالياً.

يمكن للعميل طلب شخص ويمكن للموظف استلام المحادثة. يتجنب الذكاء الاصطناعي أيضاً الإجابات غير المدعومة ويمكنه التصعيد. قواعد المشاعر القابلة للتخصيص ليست متاحة حالياً.

توجد فرق وأقسام ويمكن تعيين الموظفين. محرك كامل لقواعد التوجيه التلقائي ليس متاحاً حالياً.

ثبّت وسم script المتوفر، واضبط النطاقات المسموح بها، وانشر الموقع، ثم شغّل التحقق من لوحة التحكم. لا توجد حزمة React منشورة حالياً.

نعم. يمكن لمساحات Pro إنشاء نقاط HTTPS لأحداث Evnao المدعومة. يتم توقيع الإرسال بـ HMAC SHA-256 ووضعه في طابور دائم وإعادة محاولته مع إظهار حالته في إعدادات المطور.

نعم. تستخدم مفاتيح API والنقاط العامة حدوداً خادمية حسب النطاق. لا يعد Evnao بحد موحد قدره 1000 طلب في الدقيقة؛ يختلف الحد حسب النقطة والباقـة.

يطبق Evnao عزل المستأجرين وتشفير بيانات التكامل وتوقيع Webhooks والمصادقة متعددة العوامل وحدود الطلبات وحماية SSRF. لا يتم تقديمه حالياً على أنه حاصل على SOC 2 أو متوافق مع HIPAA، ولا يدعي إزالة كل أنواع البيانات الحساسة تلقائياً.

Evnao connects through Meta's Facebook Login bridge. You need an Instagram Professional account (Business or Creator) linked to a published Facebook Page where you have Full Control. Open Settings → Channels → Instagram → 'Launch Setup Wizard' for a step-by-step interactive walkthrough.

This error occurs when you run a Page-level operation (like subscribing webhooks or sending messages) with a personal User token or System User token. Switch the 'User or Page' selector in Graph API Explorer to your Facebook Page, confirm GET /me returns your Page ID, and retry.

User tokens created in Graph API Explorer expire in 1-2 hours by default. You must extend your User token to a 60-day token using Meta's Access Token Debugger, then run GET /me/accounts with that extended token to extract a permanent Page Access Token with 'Expires: Never'.

In your Meta Developer App, navigate to Use Cases → Add Use Case → 'Engage with customers on Messenger from Meta' and enable the pages_messaging permission. Reauthorize your token in Graph API Explorer, derive a fresh Page token, and resubscribe.

In Graph API Explorer, run GET /me/accounts?fields=id,name,access_token,instagram_business_account{id,username,name}. Your Instagram Account ID is the numeric value under data[].instagram_business_account.id (typically starting with 178414...).

Never identify Pages by name alone. In the GET /me/accounts response, look for the Page object where instagram_business_account.username matches your exact Instagram handle, and copy that specific numeric Page ID.

Meta requires an exact string match for the Verify Token. In Evnao, generate a secure Verify Token and paste the identical string into Meta's Webhook configuration. Ensure there are no leading/trailing spaces and that your Evnao workspace is saved.

While in Development mode, add your test Instagram account as an 'Instagram Tester' under Meta App → Roles. The test account must log into Instagram and accept the invite under Settings → Apps and Websites → Tester Invites before sending test DMs.

If a team member replies to a customer directly from the Instagram mobile app, Meta Business Suite, or the Evnao Inbox, Evnao detects the human echo event, records the message in Inbox, and immediately switches the conversation to HUMAN mode to pause AI auto-replies.

Evnao focuses primarily on high-intent customer support Direct Messages. Story replies and direct text DMs are ingested automatically. Dedicated public comment management can be routed to human queues.
